Upward Sports will also provide your family with:

Upward Soccer:

Registration Information:

• The early registration cost per child is $85.
• After March 8, the cost for registration is $95.
• The deadline for registration is March 16, 2013.
• Soccer shorts are included in the registration cost.
• Please make all checks payable to Parkway Christian Center.
• Complete, print and submit the UPWARD Soccer Registration Form.

League Schedule:

• Practices begin the week of Monday, March 25, 2013.
• The first game is Saturday, April 6, 2013
• The awards celebration will be held on Friday, May 24, 2013.

Volunteer Information:

• Coaches, referees and concession stand volunteers are needed!
• If you are interested in volunteering, please indicate on registration form.
• Complete training, support and resources will be provided to all volunteers.
